Returns Policy
At Lucyrose-London, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our returns policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not allowed.

Ordering products deliberately in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them is not permitted.
Returns Process

Register your return by emailing info@lucyrose-london.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

You must return the item at your own expense, including any customs charges or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking information shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
